Overview
Digital Domo provides digital software development services. Due to the nature of digital work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Failure to deliver the agreed service
- Technical issues that cannot be resolved
- Mutual agreement between the client and Digital Domo
Non-Refundable Services
Completed services or milestones already delivered are generally non-refundable.
Requesting a Refund
Refund requests should be submitted via email with project details and explanation of the issue.
